A complete community: 10,000 houses, 140 MW
beHome sets up a complete project. It creates thousands of sustainable jobs, with specialized training and stable, declared incomes. Houses are made available to families without income or in difficulty under a preservation and maintenance agreement, with land included.
The solar plant is integrated into the living environment, so it needs no additional footprint on the land. It is built to prevent energy loss and theft.

Homeownership is a necessity, not a privilege
From affordable homes to exclusive luxury villas, every unit integrates our smart roofing system, combining solar production and solar hot water. Paired with our storage system, the home becomes fully energy-independent.
Across Europe, around 400,000 children are homeless, 14.5 million live in inadequate housing, and 5 million families with children experience energy poverty. Our industrialized construction model is designed to reduce construction and delivery costs by 25–40% compared with conventional market solutions.

Student residences, worker housing and more
Beyond family homes, the same industrialized system can deliver residences for students, workers and staff: compact private rooms with a kitchenette and a bathroom, grouped around shared spaces such as lounges, study rooms, cafés and gardens.
Designed for universities, public authorities, employers and operators, these residences use the same galvanized steel structure, concrete cladding and solar roof, so each building produces all the energy it requires. The layout, the number of rooms, the shared facilities and the finishes are adapted to the country, the site and the operator.

Complete communities, planned around the site
Beyond individual homes and residences, beHome can be deployed as a complete master-planned community: housing organized around roads, green spaces, sports fields, markets and shared facilities, designed from the topography and the constraints of the site.
The master plan defines the housing zones, the public spaces and the services, and preserves natural areas such as waterways and wetlands. The same industrialized system, with its solar roofs, is used throughout.

An oasis of essential services
Comfort, energy, health. beTown is a first step for villages in remote areas, regions hit by disasters, or communities facing other challenges, for a temporary or permanent need.
Units are built from steel and concrete to Eurocode or the country’s code, delivered fully assembled and furnished, and ready to operate. We train a small maintenance and operations team.
