Who we are
PWG did not start in construction. It started in industry, and that is what changed the way we build.
Coming from an industrial background, we questioned what the construction world takes for granted. We reviewed our methods, rebuilt our processes from the ground up, and brought the discipline of the factory to projects of real scale. That complete rethinking is the foundation of how we deliver today.
We are a modular company, and flexibility is how we are built. Depending on the project, we are a small, focused team or a very large organization, and we adjust our size, our structure and our resources to what each one requires. The same flexibility guides how we work with our clients, our partners and our suppliers.
This is possible because of our people. For more than fifteen years, the same experts have worked side by side, project after project. That continuity has created a synergy and a trust stronger than any organization chart could, and it lets us take on complex projects with confidence.
With teams across Europe, the Americas and Africa, and close cooperation with our local representatives, we bring this approach wherever the project is.
Engineering and planning
One company, the whole project
Very few companies can design the factory, the house, the site and the energy of a housing program. We do all four, with the same team, and we calculate them together.
A housing program is not a collection of separate studies. The comfort level of a house sizes its energy storage, which sets the solar power on its roof, which shapes its structure, which defines what the factory must produce. Change one choice and every other result moves. Specialists who see only one piece cannot follow that chain.
We can, because we built it. We come from industry, we designed the factory process, we developed the roofing and storage technologies we integrate, and the same experts have worked together for more than fifteen years. Our calculation tools hold all of it in a single model, so a proposal from us is one coherent answer, from the factory floor to the electricity meter.
From the house to the energy
Solar and storage follow the occupants and the comfort level of each house type, not a standard package.
From the project to the price
Cost, schedule and the effect of each assumption on the figures come out of the same model, so every figure can be explained.
On projects of this scale, every decision depends on the others. Calculating them together is what makes a proposal reliable.

Our patents and protections follow our technologies, from the processes and tooling we use to manufacture our components to the energy and storage solutions we integrate into the building. Each one protects what we have developed with our own teams, and new filings are under way as our technologies evolve.
