Production processes
Steel for the structure, concrete for the cladding
Two production lines carry out the heavy structural work of every house. Their size and configuration are matched to the capacity of each factory.
Steel line
The structure, made from steel coil
The steel line produces the galvanized steel structure of the building, designed to the building codes of the destination country.

Concrete line
The cladding, cast in the factory
The concrete line produces the cladding panels that close the building envelope, from the mixing of the material to the stacking of the finished panels.

When the project calls for it, we can supply a solar module production line as part of the factory, so the panels for the project's roofs and energy systems are made locally.
Module production
From cells to finished modules
A complete line that assembles cells into finished modules, with quality control along the way and a size matched to the project's local demand.
Capacity
Starting at 30 MW per year, operated by a minimum of 7 workers per shift.

Standard module size. About 1,500 m² for production and storage.
